Shipping & Return Policy
At this time, Diamondoor ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Diamondoor ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Diamondoor reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Our 30-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund. Item must be without custom engraving and in its original condition, within 30 days of receiving shipment for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple. Custom modification and design excluded from this policy. No returns on custom made jewelry or special order items.

Our Return Process
Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund or new item will be processed shortly. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Diamondoor), or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items, other than rings, may not be returned. All engraved rings may be returned for credit, but the engraving fee will not be refunded. The removal of engraving from any exchanged or resized ring is free with no additional engraving fee. Returns without a Diamondoor return code, and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt. You can also visit the Diamondoor retail store by making an appoitment for returns.

How To Prepare A Return
To return a diamond or jewelry item to Diamondoor, follow our three step process:

Your Return Authorization Code
Email returns@diamondoor.com or call 818.963.9074 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. You can also request an RMA number from the completed orders tab in your customer account panel. Click on completed orders then click refund item on the merchandise you would like to return. Write this code on the bottom of your original invoice and on the box you are returning.

Package Your Return
Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Diamondoor or jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.

Insure Your Package
On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*

More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Diamondoor.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)

More than $25,000: High value returns often require special arrangements. We recommend contacting a Diamondoor Jewelry Consultant to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at returns@diamondoor.com.
